Trunk-Or-Treat has become a tradition in the downtown area previously driven by Apil Scott and a crew of helpers including the guys at Grass Lake Chevrolet. However, it was so successful last year that it clogged the sidewalks, and the street. So much so that we have been asked to consider a different location. Thus, with the prospect of more than 600 youngsters floating around town on Halloween night, the dowtown Trunk-Or-Treat has been scheduled as an even bigger attraction with vehicles backing up on the grass and curbs at the Community Events Park, 120 Brown Street in downtown Grass Lake. We'll have a registration form link as soon as we can figure out the best layout at the park for the most in open tail gates, or trunks, to offer more treats for perhaps a trick or two during the night. Add to that the Grass Lake Chiropractic Office stop, and, the Lost Railway Museum for a warming station with a showing of Hocus Pocus on the big screen, the night could well go beyond 8:00 p.m. and get way into the Dark of Night!!!
