The holidays are almost here — and in Grass Lake, that means it’s time to light up the village for one of our most beloved traditions: the 2025 Grass Lake Festival of Lights & Cookie Tour!
This annual celebration brings together neighbors, businesses, and families from all around the area for a day (and night) full of joy, lights, and community spirit.

🌟 About the Festival

The Festival of Lights & Cookie Tour is a long-standing community favorite that transforms downtown Grass Lake into a winter wonderland. The event features:

• Breakfast with Santa 🍳

• Holiday music & local crafters 🎶

• Children’s activities & free wagon rides 🐴

• The Cookie Tour 🍪

• Spectacular light parade of illuminated floats 🚚✨

• Community Tree Lighting Ceremony 🎄

The festival not only brings joy to families but also shines a spotlight on local businesses and organizations that make Grass Lake such a special place.

🌲 Join the Community Tree Walk!

One of the highlights of the Festival is the Grass Lake Community Tree Walk at the Grass Lake Events Park (120 Brown Street).
Each year, dozens of local businesses, groups, and families decorate Christmas trees that line the park — creating a magical walkway of lights and creativity!

How it Works:

• Trees are delivered and set up for you in the park.

• Your team decorates your assigned tree between November 24–27.

• All trees include LED lights and a sign naming your business or group.

• Decorations stay up through early January for all to enjoy!

• Cost per tree: $50
